1. Hair flick and head toss.

This is the first one women will do when they are with a man they fancy or want to flirt with.  Hair flick showing  a ear, accompanied with the sweetest smile and look she is capable of. Playing with her hair is also a sign of interest.

2. Giggling.

This is a sure sign she likes you. All women giggle and laugh at almost every word the guy is saying to make him  feel good about himself and to show him they think he is funny. So if you feel like a complete idiot around her but she is laughing or giggling at your jokes – she is totally into you.

3. Fidgeting.

If she can’t relax or seem a little bit on edge then that’s because she likes you. She wants to look her best and impress you which could be quite stressful.

4. Talking.

That’s an easy sign to recognize but actually men seldom realize it. If she has the hots for you she will be talkative. Forget that women are shy and sometimes they don’t talk to you just because they are still uncomfortable and so in love with you they can’t find their words. No such thing. If she is talking to you not just nodding absentmindedly then she really likes you and opens up to you.

5. Eye contact.

If she looks straight in your eyes and holds your glance for a little while then that’s it – she is totally into you and you have yourself a girl.

It is said she took some lessons from the famous makeup artist Arabella Preston. Kate wanted to “keep some normality” to the whole show.

She goes easy on the foundation, nothing too obvious. Emphasizes the eyes and brows. No bright color lipstick. Gloss or natural color lipstick.

Here again, although the picture is taken at an event, Kate is careful with the makeup. She looks very natural. The emphasis is on the eyes and cheeks.

There is a little bit more of everything than usual. Slightly darker foundation and brighter cheeks. She paid more attention to the eyes and brows making them look sharper. The lipstick is matching the tone base and cheeks, only a tone or two paler.

Kate definately has her own style in makeup – naturally elegant.

Their wedding was attended by all existing royalties in the world and famous celebrities. We all watched and sighed. Everything was like an old time love story about a prince and his beutiful princess.

2. Don’t look like a bum. You want your possible future sweetheart to love you just the way you are? That is a wonderful thing. But don’t present yourself in your oldest pair of jeans and shirt, trying to impress her/him with your irresistible personality only.

3.Don’t be a chatterbox. Some people get so excited that they are finally on a date, they just can’t stop chattering. First dates are not just for you to present your best, but also to let you know what kind of a person you are about to get involved with.

4.Don’t get drunk . If you have decided to go to a dinner or even a lunch for your first date, don’t try to encourage yourself by drinking more wine. Getting tipsy won’t help you impress your potential partner unless you have found yourself a potential alcoholic.

5.Don’t eat like it is the last meal of your life. Of course you should enjoy the meal but if you tend to eat fast and a lot when you’re nervous, a first date is not the right time to indulge in that habit.

6.Don’t brag about your job. People bragging about their jobs on first dates are a huge turn off . Having a great job that pays loads of money is one thing – and a good thing at that,  but showing off blatantly may just be too much for the object of your affection at this early stage.

7.Don’t slander your ex . The ex is an ex for a reason. Let the ex sleep in the past peacefully and don’t mention details or ugly facts unless you’re asked.

8.Don’t ignore the bill. If you are a guy, do pay the bill on the first date. If you are a woman do suggest to pay, but only your half of the bill.

9.Don’t be rude to the waitress. If you happen to get bad service on your first date, try to come out of it by joking.  Being rude or picking up a quarrel with the staff won’t help you in any way to impress your date.

10. Don’t look at your mobile every ten minutes – it is plain rude. If you are restless or nervous play with your napkin.

A recent research performed at Virginia’s Redford University reveals that these professions have an elevated divorce rate. Plus, probably you have heard a lot of jokes about doctors and nurses. The scientists produced also a list of the professions with lowest divorce rates for good girls to consider.

Here it is:

• Media & communication equipment workers — 0% divorce rate
• Agricultural engineers — 1.78% divorce rate
• Optometrists — 4.01% divorce rate
• Transit and railroad police — 5.26% divorce rate
• Clergy — 5.61% divorce rate
• Directors of religious activity — 5.88% divorce rate
• Sales engineers — 6.61% divorce rate

So girls, take out your pencil and put down the-must-go places to find a husband : church, nuclear stations, police etc.

A nuclear engineer or  an agricultural engineer might not sound like the profession of a cool and sexy guy you want to marry, but having in mind the above divorce rates you are very likely to have a diamond wedding if you choose them

1. False eye lashes

That is a major turn off for most guys. Avoid them no matter how tempting they might appear.

2. Bright red lipstick.

It might look good on Christina Aguilera, but she is famos with her plastered with makeup face. Red lips just show how desperate for attention their owner is.

It might be in fashion right now but no guy would appreciate a lady who uses all makeup trends on her face. Use it only if you are invited to a fancy cocktail party attended by Katy Perry as well.

Of course you don’t want your partner to notice you small imperfections or last week’s zit that’s healing now, but do not over do it.

5.  Over tanned skin

Looking healthy is one thing, looking like you just came out of the oven is another. Don’t stash your closet with self tanners. Rely on the good old sun to give you a nice and healthy look, use of course sun screen.

6. Combination of bright lip stick and heavy eye shadows

All experts will tell you that you have to put the emphasis on one or the other. If you go for a brighter lipstick, don not put too much eye shadows and vice versa.

7. Elizabeth Taylor eye liner

That is not in fashion since her younger days. Avoid it by all means. Also, I don’t think anyone wants to look like Amy Winehouse really    

8. Pencil eyebrows.

This is a major turn off . Try keeping your eyebrows natural and in harmony wih the other parts of your face.

9.  Difference in color of face and neck

Be very careful with foundation color. It is just unnatural to have a face two tones down or up than your neck or arms.

10.   Follow the golden rule in makeup – less is better

The couple radiates so much mature happiness. And they look amazing.

Penelope has just given birth, less than two months ago and looks stunning in her undersized dress.

One could almost stake one’s life on the fact that she probably had the dress from before she was pregnant.

Still, she poured her unbelievably gorgeous body in it and looked just awesome.

After having her fare share of Hollywood men – Tom Cruise, Mathew Mackonahe etc., Penelope settled with Javier.

The couple is together for quite some time and have sealed their bond with a wonderful baby boy.

Spousonomics: Using economics to master love, marriage and dirty dishes by Paula Szuchman and Jenny Anderson

It takes economics at home and basically says that couples should not try to split chores equally. You should do what you are “relatively better” at, taking in consideration the principle of comparative advantage. This means that if you are good at washing dishes more quickly and efficiently, than that is what you should do and let your spouse take on laundry, for example.

Here is some good advice from the book on splitting chores and staying happy with it:

1. Take a mutual decision who is better at doing what. If your husband is the better cook than leave the cooking to him. Split the chores by focusing on who has the comparative advantage in doing the dishes/laundry/cleaning etc. faster and better.
2. Let go of perfection or at least what you consider perfection is – once you have split the chores, let your partner do it the way he/she wants. Do not re – fold or re-wash or re – arrange what he/she already did.
3. Do not always think 50/50 is best. Sometimes 60/40 or even 90/10 works best. Keep in mind that it is important to find what works best not what you think is best.

Conan O'Brien skinny jeans

When it comes to choosing Mr. Right to spend your whole life with,

can it be a guy wearing skinny jeans?

The trend is awesome and the jeans are just a killer on a tight butt, but a guy’s butt?!

Fashion nowadays is sometimes cruel.  You can never be sure what the next hot trend would be and whether it is going to fit your natural body curves.

However, you don’t have to think hard or feel doubtful when it comes to men in skinny jeans.  They have the same effect on a guy’s look as leggings would. No straight guy would be easily persuaded to put leggings on though. And it makes me think, why then,  some guys wear skinny jeans and worst of all, think they look ok in them.

Russel Brand is not my type with or without his skinny jeans. But honestly, he looks ridiculous in them.
